iCoachNewYork's 2012 Professional Coaching Program (PCP)

iCoachNewYork is currently accepting applicants for its 2012 Professional Coaching Program (PCP); a twelve week “learning by doing” coach training certificate program where participants learn the process of coaching through in-class instruction and discussion and also engage in a one-on-one "real client" engagement under faculty supervision.

Great Programs for 2011-12

As we planned the 2011-2012 ODNNY program season, a couple common threads emerged in our conversations.

First, for all the reasons we all know, it's clear that today's ways of working and of organizing are radically different from what they were even five years ago (probably less), and that they'll be different five years (again, probably less) from now. That's as true in the non-profit organization as it is in for-profit companies and in the public sector.
