what we do

We provide the following development opportunities to our members:

• Mentoring & Community Building for New/Transitioning Members to discuss the field of OD and career plans.
• Monthly Programs facilitated by nationally and internationally respected authors, professors, and organizational consultants. Programs are held at Pfizer, a corporate sponsor and are free for members.  Non-members may attend any of our monthly programs for $25.00 if they register on the website prior to the event or $35.00 at the door.
• Pro-Bono Volunteering to non-profit organizations.
• Special Interests Groups that promote specific areas of knowledge and expertise for members.
• Website that provides news, articles, membership directory and event promotions relevant to professional development.
• Networking opportunities by having full access to the member database of information (available to active members only).

Whether you are a relative newcomer to the field, an experienced practitioner, or somewhere in between, you will have opportunities to build relationships with other like-minded professionals.

Since this is a member-driven organization, members are asked to join committees, write articles, lead or co-lead learning activities, thereby gaining visibility in their field and helping the field to grow.
