Many of our members have OD roles within corporate settings.  Whether these roles exist in small, medium or large corporations, they are typically central to the organization's change agenda.  Our corporate practioner's we are involved in the design, delivery and/or implementation of programs and services that facilitate the alignment and integration of people, processes and technology, vision and strategy, leadership, business goals and culture. 

Given the specific needs of corporate members, we have launched a Corporate Community initiative to strengthen our ties to corporations, and corporate practioner's in the New York area.

Our focus is to:

• help our corporate members continue to improve and develop their skills and stay fresh in a field that is constantly evolving,
• ensure that a number of our monthly programs are focused on the current and emerging needs of our corporate practioner's,
• provide a platform for our corporate members to network and collaborate.  

Corporate memberships are available for groups of 10 employees for only $500 a year.   Membership includes access to cutting edge monthly programs, special interest groups, educational webinars, mentoring services, pro-bono project opportunities and a job posting board
