board member biography: AJ Stone
AJ Stone is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Change Management at Milano The New School for Management and Urban Policy.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University, AJ worked as a manager for ADS Trucking in New Jersey, where he was responsible for the strategic positioning and corporate growth of the company, and helped expand into new markets. He also oversaw and supervised work crews of up to 50 individuals. In 2006, AJ left to pursue his dream of working in the television business, accepting an offer from Touchstone Television in Burbank, CA. At Touchstone, AJ worked in the Set Inventory Management Department, where he was responsible for the management of set pieces used in over 20 television shows and films. In 2009, he decided to return to school, and over the past year and a half, he has been focused on developing his facilitation, leadership and managerial skills.
He currently serves on the leadership team of Change Forum, a student organization designed to bring awareness of Organizational Development issues beyond the classroom. AJ is also a Board Member of The Organizational Development Network of New York. He currently lives in New York City.
