board member biography: ann wrobley
Ann Wrobley has over 10 years of experience working as a change management professional. Her background in change management includes: system implementation, organizational realignment, process change, and service delivery model change (shared services and outsourcing). Additionally, Ann has implemented global shared service centers for operations, HR, and finance functions. Currently, she is a Manager at Ernst & Young (E&Y) in their Performance & Reward practice. At E&Y, she focuses on HR process improvement and change management.
Ann holds a master’s degree in Organizational-Social Psychology from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
