Laurie Kelley is a Senior Consultant for Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, based in the Firm’s New York office.
Ms. Kelley has over twenty years’ experience helping Fortune 500 companies to engage and align talent toward successful business outcomes. She specializes in talent management, executive coaching, leader assimilation and development, and team effectiveness.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Kelley was a vice president at Prudential Financial, where she led the performance management process. She also served as an executive coach and consultant to senior and mid-level leaders on leadership and organization development initiatives. Before that, she was a human resource development director at American Express where she received several awards, including the Chairman’s Award for Quality for a competency-based Global Sales Learning System.

As a consultant with TMI International, Ms. Kelley worked with global corporations across industries to help build customer-focused cultures and was a frequent keynote speaker on this topic. In addition, as an adjunct faculty member at The University of Gothenburg, Sweden, Ms. Kelley taught business communications.

As a board member of the Organization Development Network of New York, she oversees Nonprofit Relations. Ms. Kelley also has coached high-potential women as part of WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., a nationally recognized resource for cultivating leadership excellence. Utilizing individual and team coaching, she helped women adopt new behaviors and strategies for career development and organizational effectiveness.
Ms. Kelley is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach and holds certifications in a wide range of assessment tools including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Conflict Dynamics Profile, Benchmarks, and The Profilor.

Ms. Kelley holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in communications, cum laude from the University of New Hampshire. She completed post-graduate studies in coaching from Fielding Graduate University and in Organization Development from the Robert J. Milano Graduate School at the New School University.
