Does anyone have any successful experience of establishing mutual coaching across the organization?

    Taking turns coaching each other develops listening and helping skills, helps people think more clearly and deal with issues before they escalate and improves communication and trust. It is very cost effective. I have used it to develop myself and my fellow professionals, but its potential value inside businesses could be staggering. What has everyone's experience been with this?
