What do you believe your strengths are and how do you believe you lead with them in your life and at work?

As a GALLUP Certified Strengths Coach, Marilyn Morley is proud to be invited to share Strengths with you. The session will provide you the opportunity to experience a significant deepening perspective of yourself and others. She encourages you to be open to raising your awareness related to your STRENGTHS and having some fun along the way.

This session is designed to raise awareness and invite you to work on what is right with you instead of what is wrong with you. All our lives we are told if we work hard on our weaknesses, we will be better at whatever it is we do. I am here to challenge that belief and ask the question Q: What if we looked at what is right with us and worked on that, where might that lead?

You may have heard about Clifton Strengthsfinder 2.0 and done the online assessment, or you may have not, either way you are still naturally wired by your natural talents. The gift is being able to recognize your strengths through characteristics and behavior to give you information that will intentionally allow you to validate or be open to recognize the ‘Best Version of You’.

Q: Are you curious to find out about a STRENGTH based approach and how you can start leading with your STRENGTHS to bring positive results to yourself and others?

Q: Are you aware by understanding, really understanding the strengths of others in your life, you have the ability to change situations that lead to positive change.

If you answered yes to either one of these questions, you are in for a surprise that promises to energize your day and provide next steps, so you can ‘bring it’ to yourself and others.

When organizations think of inclusion and belonging, they often think about culture, bias, and talent. But decision making is a critical piece in supporting inclusion and belonging. Decision making is often where power lives (implicitly or explicitly) in teams and leadership. Join August Public to explore how decision making can support your team and organizational goals for belonging and inclusion.  Learn more about their approach to decision making and inclusion in this blog post.

This session will be facilitated by Jessie Punia and Keara Mascareñaz of August Public.

Jessie has always worked in the field of Organisational Change and is passionate about making organisations a happy place where great ideas come to life! Prior to joining August, Jessie worked at IBM and Undercurrent as an Organisational Change consultant for large global companies across a variety of industries - Financial Services, Energy and Utilities, CPG and Retail. Jessie thoroughly enjoys working with the world's most influential organizations to help them build stellar teams who are capable of greatness. Jessie is a born and raised Londoner who loves getting outside and playing new golf courses.

Keara Mascareñaz focuses on human-centered ways of working and how to scale a culture of inclusion, learning, and innovation in large, complex systems. Keara has supported org-wide change across sectors, working with everyone from agile start-ups to historic, bureaucratic institutions. She believes diverse teams are better teams and that we all deserve joy and choice. Keara is author of The New Team Habits and the toolkit creator for The NEW School Rules: 6 Practices for Thriving and Responsive Schools.
