    It's been 19 years since the Agile Manifesto was published. What started as a rebellion within the software development community has expanded into a concept for how organizations should operate.

    Pushing the idea of Agile as an organizational operating system are three fields - Human Resources, Organization Development, and Technology.

    We are pleased to have a panel event with three experts in Agile within HR, OD, and Tech to talk about Agile's evolution, how they are applying the Agile principles in their work, and to share practical ways you can use Agile to further enhance your capabilities and impact with your stakeholders.


    Ian Hughson, Leader Enterprise Business Agility at IBM

    Disruptor, Transformer, Storyteller - Ian’s hard skills are in leading successful change in technology, process, organizational, and leadership layers to deliver tangible benefits. His soft skills are in storytelling; drawing people into the narrative as it evolves while bringing them on the journey of change. At his core, he is a Disruptor of the status quo.

    Jochen Krebs, Founder and Agile Coach and Trainer of INCREMENTOR (

    INCREMENTOR is an agile consultancy specialized in agile transformations using Scrum, Kanban, Lean and eXtreme Programming. Krebs is well known for practical agile training courses and workshops, for example Scrum, Kanban or eXtreme Programming. During his 15+ year agile career he has taught thousands in participants in such topics around the world. His stellar coaching services compliment agile transformation services that range from work in small start-up's to scaled solutions for large enterprises. Jochen is also the founder of Agile NYC, the first and largest agile community in the NYC metro area since 2007.

    Jamie Klein, Chief Executive Officer of Inspire Human Resources

    Klein has worked as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) since 1994. Throughout the growth of Inspire, she has collaborated with senior leaders at Fortune 500, as well as startup companies to hire and retain their talent. Jaime has implemented strategies and programs in training, talent management, coaching, organizational change, recruiting and employee relations.

    Jaime holds a Masters of Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She received her Bachelors in Business from the University of Maryland. She has guest lectured on human resource management at Fordham University.
