    The Predictive Index Solution is a suite of assessments that measures behavioral drives, cognitive ability, and motivating needs in the workplace. The goal of this session is to provide an overview of the solution and review the results and analytics of your peer group.

    We will examine communication styles, decision-making, risk-orientation, and how to learn from one another and motivate your team.  From this exercise, you will learn more about your own natural behaviors and the behaviors of those in the group and how those behaviors influence those around you in your organization, in your peer group, and in your personal life.  Understanding one another’s differences helps us get the best out of each other.

    Pre-work includes a complimentary PI survey (6 minutes to complete).  Participants will receive an Executive Debrief with a complimentary offer to provide Group Analytics on their leadership team, as well as their full PI Report, a Placard of their PI pattern and a Manager Development Chart.

    Benefits for Participants in their Group:  Participants get to know their own work styles better (strengths and challenges) and get to know the work styles of the other group members. The goal is to be able to communicate and provide advice to other participants in a way that respects their differences.

    Benefits for Participants in their Businesses:  Participants can identify areas where similarities and differences in work style may affect their working relationships in their own organization and can seek advice for how to handle those situations.

    The Compassionate Organization:

    "Building a Transcendental Organization That Traverses the “Good to Great” Divide - Create an Employee-Centric Culture."

    Description: The days of one employer per career are long gone.  In today’s contract-based economy little trust/loyalty in the employer-employee relationship remains. Workers change jobs between eight to ten times by the time they reach 35 years old.  Mature workers and Baby Boomers are leaving the workplace by the tens of thousands every day.

    This mass exodus of more seasoned and tenured professionals coincides with Millennial workers taking over roles of increasing importance within organizations.   Estimates are Millennials will constitute 75-80% of a majority of segments within the American workforce by 2020.  Organizations have been “flattening out” their employee ranks by casting off layers of middle management the last few decades as pyramid-shaped organizational structures become matrix driven.

    With this huge transfer in the balance of power from older to younger American workers, Millennials bring with them into the workplace a new set of organizational values, beliefs about work, and a set of ethics and expectations about appropriate organizational behavior.  Millennials expect that the organizations they work for (and buy from) share their values, possess a moral compass, and must care for the environment.

    Ethan will share insights gained having spent four years researching the qualities and characteristics that ALL great organizations share that successfully transformed from good to great.  Specifically, he will address the following topics:

    * Build an exceptional organizational culture that "Rising Stars" flock to;

    * What is this Millennial worker I've heard so much about and what motivates them.

    * Motivate people the right way through Intrinsic means;

    * Communication that transcends the FIVE Generational Divide;

    * Find, hire and retain top performers based on super hero skills, NOT job descriptions; and

    * Unleash the Transformational leader within your people.

    About the presenter:

    Ethan Chazin applies his experience leading teams through significant transformation across many industries by leveraging employee engagement for competitive success.   He leverages his expertise in organizational behavior, strategic planning, new business development, client relationship building, employee engagement, and emotional intelligence having served nearly all of the Fortune 500 as clients.  He coaches organizations to successfully transform using talent management and people-focused strategies, by teaching organizations to apply WHY and WHAT IF as their culture.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University and his MBA in Marketing from George Washington University.
