The Organization Development Network (ODN) of New York Leadership team is a group of Organization Development (OD) practitioners and leaders from our community. These “uber” volunteers devote their time and talent over a three-year period to lead and develop this community for and with you.

Jason joined ODN of New York as its President and Chair of the Board in January 2019. Jason is on a mission to build an innovative network of professionals who are interested in understanding, developing and using the best practices in organizational effectiveness. He’s the Chief Marketing Officer of the Matrix Management Institute, and the Editor-in-Chief of OD Innovator Magazine, a digital publication dedicated helping professionals transform their organizations into cultures of success. Jason holds a BS in Journalism and Corporate Communications from the University of Kansas.

Cristina is an industrial philosopher with 10 years of experience in the study of practical philosophy in the workplace and is the Founder of MorAlchemy - a firm specializing in organizational change and leadership development using philosophy as a methodology. In addition to an M.S in Organizational Change Management, she has over 20 years of brand strategy experience in start-up and corporate environments. Cristina has worked for award-winning agencies such as R/GA, Deep Focus, and RAPP as well as held senior positions at Citigroup, AMC Networks and The New York Times. Cristina believes in combining philosophy, change management, and strategy as an approach to achievement and growth.
Raya joined the ODN of New York in July 2019 shortly after moving to New York from Vancouver, BC. Raya is an accomplished Organizational Development Consultant and certified organizational coach with a rich history of success implementing enterprise leadership and talent programs. As a Knowledge Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, Raya works with business leaders to drive best-in-class leadership and succession practices globally. She received her master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Adler University and her certificate in Organizational Coaching from the University of British Columbia.

Silvia is an IO Psychologist with extensive Human Resources, non-profit management, and organizational development experience. A strategic thinker, Silvia has an eye for identifying individual strengths and aligning them to objectives and missions. With the “how can we do this better” approach, Silvia is a motivator with high standards and a negotiator with the ability to gather consensus and promote change. Silvia implemented strategic planning processes, organizational culture interventions, and leadership development initiatives.
Kate Gerasimova, associate at gothamCulture, has over 7 years of consulting experience. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with the concentration in consulting. She is a Russian-native, lived, studied and worked in Russia prior to moving to the U.S. She leads a book club for Organization Development Network (ODN) of New York. She also co-runs a learning lab at ATD New York City Chapter (ATDNYC). Kate spends her free time playing tennis or discovering a new art exhibition in the city.
