The Organization Development Network (ODN) of New York Leadership team is a group of Organization Development (OD) practitioners and leaders from our community. These “uber” volunteers devote their time and talent over a three-year period to lead and develop this community for and with you.

Raya is the president and chair of the board of ODN-NY. For over 10 years, as an organizational psychology and development strategist, Raya worked alongside business leaders to support talent enablement and foster culture change. As a certified organizational coach, Raya uses a strength-based approach to help individuals and teams accelerate their performance and create synergies. Currently, as a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, Raya leads the L&D portfolio for the firm's leadership and succession practice, working shoulder-to-shoulder with managing partners to foster talent, offer best-in-class solutions to clients, and ultimately drive revenue. Prior to this role, Raya worked as a trusted organizational consultant within various industries. She received her master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Adler University, bachelors in Psychology and certificate in coaching from the University of British Columbia.

Jason is on a mission to build an innovative network of professionals who are interested in understanding, developing and using the best practices in organizational effectiveness. He’s the Chief Marketing Officer of the Matrix Management Institute, and the Editor-in-Chief of OD Innovator Magazine, a digital publication dedicated helping professionals transform their organizations into cultures of success. Jason holds a BS in Journalism and Corporate Communications from the University of Kansas.
Jared has committed his career to advocating for and creating inclusive and healthy work cultures aligned with business strategy. He recently joined the Employee Experience team at HP to lead transformation communication strategy across their business. He joined HP from Disney, where he most recently led culture strategy for their kid’s TV business.
