The Organization Development Network (ODN) of New York Leadership team is a group of Organization Development (OD) practitioners and leaders from our community. These “uber” volunteers devote their time and talent over a three-year period to lead and develop this community for and with you.

Amy has been the President of ODN New York since August 2016. As the President, she is guiding the revitalization of the ODN New York Community by experimenting with new offerings and ways for the community to come together to converse and learn from each other. Amy is also the founder of Green Mesa Consulting which focuses on the mission of enabling leaders to thrive. Amy holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia, is an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified coach and a certified Integral Facilitator.

Patricia is the Director of Global Leadership and Talent Development at Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) where she leads learning, organizational development, and change projects for the organization. Described by her colleagues as a thought leader, Tricia has presented at many conferences to share her best practices such as a change management model for creating learning solutions, blended learning formats to increased skill transfer and a coaching circles model for senior leaders.

Silvia implemented strategic planning processes, organizational culture interventions, and leadership development initiatives.

Kayla is a Diversity & Inclusion practitioner with EY’s Financial Services Office. In her role, she develops and executes strategies to enhance the firm’s inclusive culture, as well as, develop, empower, and retain top talent. She conducts training on a range of management issues facing nonprofits and businesses experiencing rapid growth. Antonia has a particular interest in professional services firms and often works with lawyers whose roles and responsibilities are in transition. Antonia has led Women’s Initiative for Self Employment in New York City as Executive Director, and before that was Chief Operating Officer at the Open Space Institute.
