OD can help create organizations that contribute to a healthy world!
How healthy is your organization/work place? Is your work contributing to a healthier you and a healthier world? How often do you and your co-workers feel valued? You spend almost half your life working; wouldn’t you prefer a vibrant, healthy atmosphere?
Our speaker, Kathryn Goldman Schuyler, will share insights into organizational health from interviews and conversations with key OD thinkers including Ed Schein, Margaret Wheatley, Peter Senge, Robert Quinn, and Otto Scharmer.
Kathryn has brought these wise thought leaders together for her recent book, Creative Social Change (2016), and in this webcast, will work to to revitalize our OD awareness of the central importance of organizational health. She’ll share her thinking in ways that may help you to see your own priorities on these core questions more clearly.
