Coaching (and consulting) supervision is widely used (and even required) by many coaches and organizations in the UK and Europe, and is slowly catching on in the US.  Learn how to enhance your own practice as a coach or consultant by using supervision - literally by getting more eyes, or "super vision," on your challenges or dilemmas. Explore how various techniqures in supervision can lend clarity to challenges you face in your practice.

You'll learn how to:

•The foundational "7-eyed" model of supervion; you can use this as you investigate your own dilemmas

• How to access more wisdom and information to get "un-stuck"

• Linear and non-linear approaches to create more awareness
