Speed and complexity drive reactivity in leaders. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with the chaotic storming resulting from shifting priorities, ad-hoc emerging needs, and misalignment from unclear information flows. In this webinar, you’ll learn proven strategies for developing leadership under the unique constraints and conditions of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity).

You'll learn how to:

  • Recognize the unique characteristics of VUCA conditions
  • Anticipate common reactions to VUCA in leaders and what forms these reactions take
  • Support and develop leaders through coaching and training programs
