The Predictive Index Solution is a suite of assessments that measures behavioral drives, cognitive ability, and motivating needs in the workplace. The goal of this session is to provide an overview of the solution and review the results and analytics of your peer group.
We will examine communication styles, decision-making, risk-orientation, and how to learn from one another and motivate your team. From this exercise, you will learn more about your own natural behaviors and the behaviors of those in the group and how those behaviors influence those around you in your organization, in your peer group, and in your personal life. Understanding one another’s differences helps us get the best out of each other.
Pre-work includes a complimentary PI survey (6 minutes to complete). Participants will receive an Executive Debrief with a complimentary offer to provide Group Analytics on their leadership team, as well as their full PI Report, a Placard of their PI pattern and a Manager Development Chart.
