These past several months, you’ve led your organizations through the most challenging and disruptive period of our lifetimes. You’ve given more of yourself to look after the wellbeing of your employees than you ever would have imagined. You’ve gone above and beyond every day to make sure people feel safe, seen, heard and supported. You’ve witnessed grief, sadness and pain. While you’ve done everything in your power to care for your people, you’ve also had to make difficult decisions just to keep your businesses moving forward. It’s been an emotionally draining time, and you keep showing up.

We’re cultivating a safe space for a small group of OD/HR leaders to unwind, reflect, share and connect at a time when it’s needed most. With a focus on mindfulness, the video call will start with a brief guided meditation and prompt to spark self-reflection, and follow with space to share what’s on your mind. We’ll round out the call with another brief meditation to get re-centered before tackling your day feeling refreshed.
With the ongoing intensity and pressures of work, this is a chance to share openly and connect with peers in a safe and confidential space without any expectations, egos or judgment.
