Life presents us with challenges and opportunities, setbacks and breakthroughs. The ability to accept our circumstances, nonjudgmentally, is through mindfulness. Mindfulness is a powerful yet simple tool we as leaders can use in our personal and professional lives. More and more organizations are turning to mindfulness as a way to lower stress, increase productivity, and improve the overall well-being of their employees.

Join us for a unique mindfulness session where you can relax, revive, and re-energize. This session will be led by Monika Tsimbalov, MSOD, a mindfulness researcher and practitioner.  

In this session, you will:
  • Practice simple mindfulness techniques to use in your everyday life
  • Learn tools to re-energize from “virtual fatigue”
  • Connect with yourself and others in a meaningful way
