When organizations think of inclusion and belonging, they often think about culture, bias, and talent. But decision making is a critical piece in supporting inclusion and belonging. Decision making is often where power lives (implicitly or explicitly) in teams and leadership. Join August Public to explore how decision making can support your team and organizational goals for belonging and inclusion.  Learn more about their approach to decision making and inclusion in this blog post.

This session will be facilitated by Jessie Punia and Keara Mascareñaz of August Public.

Jessie has always worked in the field of Organisational Change and is passionate about making organisations a happy place where great ideas come to life!
