Women’s History Month is a global celebration of women’s contributions and achievements within the economic, political and social realm. In honor of this month of celebration, the ODNNY is hosting a live, informal podcast conversation with two incredible women dominating the OD space. As you’ll hear, their path to OD wasn’t a clear one but their determination to succeed and meaningfully ‘disrupt’ sets them apart.
Join us and our panelists, Jess Wass and Kaylin Aarts, for this lively conversation where we’ll touch on important topics about the future of work including:
- Setting realistic expectations around impact
- Coaching teams versus individuals
- Enabling the ‘Pollination Effect’
As a part of our audience, you’ll be able to interact with us live and provide your perspective and experience. It’s how we prefer it!
