Here is an overview of the topics we have slated for the rest of the 2013-2014 season along with tentative dates. Event details and registration information will be posted and announced as locations are confirmed.
March 20: Coaching
Join us as we explore the past, present, and future states of coaching. We’ll examine the different types of coaching and client needs and expectations. The session will also cover how coaching is evolving to meet future trends and the application of new technologies.
April TBD: Change Management: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Learn how to help yourself and others overcome ingrained obstacles to change in organizations. We’ll explore Harvard researchers Kegan and Lahey’s groundbreaking research on immunity to change and its practical application.
May 22: Storytelling
An essential leadership competency for all leaders, storytelling is also a powerful communication and change management technique.
June 19: Technology and OD
In this session we will explore how to use HR analytics to their highest potential, how to use social media in recruiting, and how to use the newest learning technologies to develop strong, effective teams.
July 17: “CoachingOurselves”
